My immediate goal at  is to provide you with a safe and fun shopping experience.  Our store policies follow – if you have any questions, or if I can be of assistance in any way, please contact me.  Please note that many of our items are vintage or vintage inspired and some come with sweet imperfections and character enhancing patinas.  We make every attempt to fully describe the subtle attributes of each item.

Orders and Payment

Payment is handled through Paypal.  I assure you that all order and credit card information is accepted in a secure environment via an SSL secured server.  We respect the privacy of our customers.  Address and telephone information collected from you is used to process your order only.  At no time is any of your information shared with a third party.  Customer e-mail addresses are used to send shipment updates and seasonal updates and sale information.

Shipping and Handling

All items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or First Class within two days of payment unless otherwise noted.  Shipping charges can be very difficult to predict and I do my best to keep costs low.  If shipping and handling is less than what you were charged, you will be refunded the difference via Paypal if the difference is greater than $1. International orders will be billed shipping charges via paypal.  Contact us for a quote before placing your order.  

When not shipped in Priority Mail boxes, we reuse packaging materials and boxes whenever possible.  Please let us know at the time of your order if you would prefer new packaging at your cost.

We do our best to make sure that your package arrives safely to you, but we are not responsible for lost or damaged items once they are in the hands of the United States Postal Service.  Insurance for your package is optional; should you desire insurance, please let us know and we can send an invoice through Paypal for this charge.

Returns 

We sincerely want our customers to be happy with their purchases.  If you are not pleased with your purchase please contact me to discuss it within 7 days of receiving your package.  All returns need to have prior approval.  Original shipping charges and handling fees will not be refunded and return shipping fees will be at the customer’s expense.
